Acceptance.

Well, I'm still trying to talk myself into this hire. I'm getting there. Hell, by the end of the day, I'll probably have MU in next year's Final Four. Just have to hope for the best.

At least there's one good thing with Wojo. After six years of looking at Brent's sweaty dome, it'll be nice to have a coach with hair.

Me also. Could do worse than a gritty ex PG who spent years observing the best college program in last 20 years from inside the locker room.
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind.

You either run from things, or you face them. It's all about accepting who you really are. I accept who I am.

I'm looking forward to having a coach that actually played the game, and has a better feel for what's going on out there.  It's been awhile since we've had one of those.

Given our current PG situation, this hire works out pretty well.

Some of you guys may "hate" what I have to say but I dont care Im blunt.  With that said, I will be sold on Wojo if he DOES NOT start Derrick Wilson.

I was thinking this could be a plus for our PG situation next season

Gradually getting warmer. Continuing to focus on the positives.

• He's a "name" assistant from a truly premier program. Everyone knows Wojo, so the first thing people say won't be "Who?"
• Like the fact that he has endless energy. He'll need it.
• I'm sure he'll be great in front of a microphone. A welcome change from Brent's rambling non-answers.
• While he was certainly an annoying player...sounds like he's likable and players love him.
• Like that he has played the game at a high level.

Just hope he establishes some connection to Chicago. MU needs to re-establish its pipeline.

I told you, by the end of the day I'll be dancing in the streets wearing a "Wojo has the mojo" t-shirt.

Looking forward to the presser in 30 minutes.

You could say the exact same thing for most of the posters here.  Most are (soap opera) ESPN sports opera hacks who don't know what a "shell defense" is.

You could 'demand' a higher quality of poster.

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

I'm satisfied that my one demand was already answered.  #nomartin
