Buzz is going to build the program from the bottom up using his best tool for a quick turnaround - JUCOs.

Perhaps that's why Buzz goaded a freshman forward who he decided not to offer while at Marquette into quitting at his first team meeting at VT.  (VT had all its scholarships taken.)

At the first team meeting? I guess so much for evaluating the program and players first.   I think Crean at least goaded the players he wanted off the team in his office and made sure there were plenty of plants around to be smashed.
