I use  verbalcommits.com  a good site I have already looked at VCU    take a look

For goodness sake, stop the madness.  Remember how mad we were at Crean for taking recruits with him?  And how worried we were two days ago about losing current recruits?  I understand its the nature of the business but stop acting like hyenas.  I for one hope VCU keeps their recruiting classes in tact.

6'8" - 6'9" guys   with decent rankings  but that does not always mean something    "development"

Why?  Why?

If the committed 2014 MU recruits do not want to come to MU and play for Smart and his style of "Havoc" offensive and defensive play, BYE BYE.  They would be crazy not to stay on with MU. Especially Ahmed Hill, cause this will be a whole different environment on offense.

Smart has always had an impressive center.  Hear that Mr. Stone.

TJ  you don't think Buzz is going after some of his recruits ??  unfortunate its fest or famine

Larrier is also #39 overall on Rivals.

Just posted in another thread, but entirely up to VCU on whether there will be conditions should they request their release, and we have to respect that.  If Hill requests his release, would we allow him to go to VT and let Brent get the benefit of using our recruiting budget to take chartered flights to Georgia every other week for over a year while we get nothing out of it?

Edit: Actually haven't seen confirmation that Larrier is signed - the services all seem to indicate a verbal.  No release/restrictions would apply if that is indeed the case.

I don't. This isn't a charity.

Wasn't Marquette in on Terry Larrier? If anyone follows Shaka (all of this is hypothetically), that is one of the names I would like to see here.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Who cares?! I'm just pumped to get confirmation on Shaka. The recruits will just be a little icing on the cake.

We are going to lose some recruits to Va Tech. It happens. Its part of the process.

VCU is going to lose some to us. Its just what happens.

Don't know, don't care.  We can be better than that.

Even if he is he shouldn't be going after already signed players, so at the very least stop circling their 2014-15 class until they ask for a release at least.

Larrier signed with VCU in November.

For what its worth, I also don't like NLI's and I think it should be the kid's choice where he goes to school no matter what.  If some former VCU recruits want to follow Shaka that should be their prerogative.  I just found the circling sharks distasteful.

Kids aren't required to sign NLIs...

I know, and I wish that none of them would.  NLI's exist to protect universities, not kids.
