You are a wise man. Let the dust settle and see who new guy wants as assistants and players. Why would anyone want to be forced to come or go without knowing all the facts. Losing recruits means little in big picture. Getting Stone means a lot.

I think the point is pretty simple... The current recruits are not an important factor in this situation.

Except if it's Howland he doesn't have any recruits of his own to bring, so keeping our current recruits is important.
