We are a steppingstone college for those looking to get to bigger schools and conferences.

I feel Buzz couldn't handle the pressure of never getting a top recruit even after all his success. Also, Scoop probably wasn't the only "negative Nancy" in his ear. I'm not saying we were an influence, but too much of anything can change anyone's mind.

I guess this kills the Stone prospect.

Why would it?  If Chew is hired or stays on, new coach would have to hit that right off the bat, but Stone obviously likes things about Marquette.
