Yes, I know we are all a little pissed that Buzz has left for Virginia Tech, and I've been critical of some of his moves this year and years past, but I want to at least acknowledge the 5 year NCAA run, the best run we've had since the Al years.

Thanks for choosing your system come hell or high water over developing players on the court. Really paid dividends this year.

Oh, I'm disappointed all right. But I also went to MU from '88 - '91, the worst 4 year stretch of MU basketball since World War II. So as disappointed as I am, I wanted to at least acknowledge the fun over the past 6 years. From experience, it could have been a lot worse.

I guess it is just time to BUZZ-OFF. Marquette will be fine and good luck to Buzz. I expect full well we will find a top coach. Do not under estimate the administration. This is big business and the Jebbie's are very good at it.
