Thinking about driving down to Burlington to watch Nick tomorrow...

Tommy Brice for Coach

Unreal the amount of talent that is coming through SP in the past few years, they've been pretty good. I went to high school there, and we never even broke .500...

Is that at Burlington HS?  7:00 tip?  I'm assuming they were selling tickets at both schools today, will they announce if tickets will be sold at the door?  That gym looked packed.

On a side note, it's kind of sad how the seeding goes in the WIAA Playoffs.  You have the #1 and #4 team in the state (and it was #1 and #2 in the state until King lost to Hamilton without their best outside shooter to end the regular season) playing in a Sectional Semifinal.  Then you have (no offense to these teams truly, just making a point) Sun Prairie playing Mukwanago (who Brookfield Central handled early in the season) playing in a Sectional Final to go to State.  I know they want representation from all parts of the state, but there has to be a way to better seed these things.

it is all about travel and keeping teams close on school nights.  That is why the WIAA is doing all the conference realignment and making teams drive further for conference games.
WIAA tells you one thing and does the exact opposite.  Poorly Run!!

Back in the day, in the late 60's, the Shorewood regional had Shorewood 18-0, Rufus King second in the city, and North #1 in the State, Shorewood was #3.  North beat Shorewood by a few
and then Rufus King beat North, so two of the top 3 teams did not even get out of the regional, now that was stupid, they only wanted 1 Milwuakee school at state.

We R Final Four

Got it, thanks.  Have only seen highlight films of his, wouldn't mind seeing him play in person.
