I don't recall anyone saying Dawson was going to transfer. The player everyone mentions is JJJ. This was not a recent photo and if you pay attention to the bench lately, JJJ is not nearly as engaged in cheering his teammates as he was earlier this season. Now to be clear I'm not saying anyone is transferring, it is just a casual observation. I want all the freshman to stay and grow into BE champs... Go Marquette!!!

I do agree that JJJ is the most likely by a long shot. Still don't think he will. We are going to have an abundance of guards next year though unless Todd gets himself into more trouble  (hope not).

Duane and Deonte both have a lot of forsure playing time coming their way and they are the local kids so I am not worried about them at all.

Hopefully all 4 are really happy though because they all have great potential to big time contribute.

This is absolutely false. I'm at every home game and all of the freshman, including JJJ,  are extremely involved.

I agree with this.  The only guy who often looks disengaged when he's out is Todd...but that just seems to be his personality.

I specifically have been watching this and up until the past 4-5 games I would agree with you. However, he doesn't seem as enthusiastic as earlier in the year to me...like I said my casual observation. And even if he isn't, it doesn't mean he's transferring.

Would not be surprised. He has posted here about all the Dawson vs Dwil debate and called scoopers out about how they are talking without knowing facts. Suggested the freshmen are learning a lot from the upperclassmen. I know some here, specially those I have on ignore won't agree with this, but I imagine dad knows best...

Can't see anyway him or Deonte would transfer since we know these two have a lot of playing time in their futures.

JJJ while I don't think will happen is a little more believable due to a lot of guards and him being far from home you never know.

Dude transfers happen everywhere. Something like 30-40 percent of d1 players transfer. This is nothing unique to MU.

If Derrick, Duane, and Dawson all return (which I expect) how does Buzz make time for all of them at PG? Does Duane play mostly off-ball?  What about Dawson?  I imagine that a Derrick/Duane defense/offense switch will be pretty common, but how does JD fit in that? 

I'm sure anyone who sits in practice probably has a better idea than me.  Whenever they play five-on-five, there have to be times when all three are on the court at the same time...don't there?
