Nice showing at the BMO Brad on National Marquette Day.

Too lazy to search the history.  Is that a Top 10 crowd?

Thanks.  Obviously any update wouldn't move yesterday's game IN but I had thought ND last year was way up the chart.  Perhaps there are some more recent games out there that now make the list.

Props to the students yesterday who attended.  I like to see the upper bowl fill.  Yesterday they got within about 4-5 rows of the top.

Great crowd! I think it help because it was going to be a early night game at 5pm.

Went to 8 of those. I remember feeling like every other game broke the "largest crowd to watch a college basketball game in the state of Wisconsin!" record.
“All men dream; but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act out their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.” - T.E. Lawrence

Yes, though by the middle part of the 2nd half, there were a lot of empty student seats in the upper bowl......

Thanks old 84.  It'll be interesting to see what happens to the season ticket base after this year.

When I was at MU, during the KO, Deane years, 15-16,0000 got you a top 10 attendance.

Man this list really puts in perspective just how lucky I was to be a student at MU from 2006-2012.

I think you're naive to think that the season ticket holder base won't decrease by at least 500 this off season.  It has already been shrinking modestly the last several years during a time of unprecedented success and national attention for the team.

+1.  A couple years back they got cocky and raised the student price to $125.  If I'm not mistaken, that went back to $99 more recently.  They ought do the same thing in the south end for season ticket holders and drop the corners to $175.

Thanks for the vote of confidence 4never  :).  Nope, 6 years got me a BS in EE, an MS in EE, and a combined 4 years part-time/full-time work experience for the resume.

I wanna say that my freshman year (2011-12) the tickets were $120 and if you notice there are no top 10 attendance numbers despite having the most talented team that year since ive been here. This year im pretty sure I paid $90 for my tickets.

I'm not naive about anything, as I didn't make any statement, other than what you mean by your first post.

I'm sure you don't know what the number are in what they might lose. This year, season ticket sales went up! The prices are the same in 2014-15. Plus, Wisconsin & Arizona State in the non-conference. So, who knows.

True enough.  It'll be great if this year's average attendance is actually a bump up from what has been a steady but slow decline over the last few years.  Saturday's crowd was very good.  The weeknight Providence crowd a couple weeks back was as bad as I have ever seen it for as conference game the last few years irrespective of the announced figure.
