I'm good with them just showing the dance team for the rest of the game.

that'd we'd win a lot more games with the freshmen playing the most minutes? how's that worked out today? pretty well eh?

you couldn't be more wrong here. but keep trying.

Your right. Our upperclassmen have led us to a great record this year, what was I thinking  ::)

NavinRJohnson

Are they going to the Super Bowl tomorrow?  We're I buzz, I'd seriously consider firing up the plane.

I don't get the DW hate today. This is a team worth of stink today.

it's no fun to not blame the whipping boy.

Things don't seem to be going so well.

No Derrick hate here. This team performance stinks.

However, if Derrick can't score or challenge the D, that in no way will help the MU offensive woes.

I don't get the DW apologists... I have nothing against the kid personally, but the simple fact is that he's not a D1 caliber basketball player.

How many contested running jumpers can these guys make in the lane?  When it rains it pours.

It pours because our team is a terrible defensive team. If you don't do something to disrupt a team's offensive rhythm, it makes the basket seem about three times its size to the other team. We get beat off the dribble. We don't box out. We don't play help defense.

This is simply a team that does nothing well. What's worse is that the Johnnies are running up and down the court like this is a rec center game and our guys don't seem to care or have enough pride to respond.

Yes, Scoopers are now turning on each other!

Gotta start questioning Buzz's recruiting when you realize that six of our players would never see a second of playing time at St. John's.

Lavin's a good recruiter - no one ever questioned that.

Move the goalposts much? Did I say anywhere that the upperclassmen have done well? Nope. Nice try. Fact still remains that the freshmen playing more minutes is not the answer you've said it is.

But again, keep trying. Making yourself look like a fool more and more here.

Deonte won't look bad in the box score but he was terrible today. Totally out of control on O and slow and constantly out of position on D.

Not saying he's having a great game...but he is being aggressive and making a few hoops.  I'd take that from a few more guys.

Almost half of our players are 4 stars

My thoughts exactly. Derrick is one of the highest character kids on the team, but he brings very little on the court.

Are you Mr. Wilson?

No. I just think it's the height of audaciousness that people are going to try and pin this loss on Derrick when the ENTIRE TEAM has played awful today.

The DW haters are simply showing their obsession today.  The entire team is pretty much bad today.

Agree.  As usually one of them, to call him out today, really?  If you want to add him to a list of 11 I suppose that's fine.  But Chris Paul could have played point today and we still wouldn't be close.

Well, Derrick has outscored everyone on our team today other than Deonte and Jake.

Exactly chapman. Exactly.

I'm out on this note:

"I'd own the beach if I had that body."

forgetful

Those that think Jake is not a good defender, better have been watching him on Harrison.  He has drawn him for the past 4 or five minutes and shut him down.  Something the freshman could not do.

If anything this game should be a good clue as to why Jake had been in the starting lineup and why it may be prudent to put him back into it.

Has Jamil sat the entire second half??? Sorry, I stopped paying close attention once we fell behind by 20
