Bill Simmons put together a little cheat sheet for fantasy hoops and named Diener as a sleeper...

2. Eddie House
3. Travis Diener
4. Damien Wilkins

Not that I won't check Wade's box scores anymore, but I'll be much more interested in following Travis now that it looks like he'll be getting some significant playing time.

Nothing that Wade does surprises me anymore so I'll definitely anticipate checking those Pacer (and Rockets, hopefully) scores.

plus wade's still out for a few months if my memory serves me correctly

Stuckey broke his hand last night, likely out 4 weeks.    :'(

hes my backup PG on my fantasy team. No doubt he will get some decent minutes, and if there is an injury a chunk of minutes...i like where he is at!

Doctor V

some things never change- dude still needs a razor and a weightroom. Atleast hes got millions of dollars and a smokin girl

They may be right about Diener, but BOY...Novak's not going to get much play if this happens a lot!

Ah, Rudy Gay.  One of my favorite moments from the UConn game.  Gay gets a put back and pounds his chest at the MU student section.  Then he gets lost on a screen on the other end (on the very next possesion) and Novak nails a three.

It's good to see Diener back in the blue and gold.

He's not getting much PT or even getting in to some games in the preseason...looks like he'll be able to spread his wings overseas or the NBDL (unless another team wants to take a chance on him).

The only important diener stat is his 2008 salary $1.5mm - he could not make that anywhere else.
You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.

That's about 1.5x what he made his first two seasons with the Magic COMBINED...
