Sir Lawrence

Majerus' SLU team is scrimmaging Memphis on Saturday.  Recall we scrimmaged K-State last year--wonder if anything similar is scheduled for this year?  Makes a lot of sense to me.

Ludum habemus.

Kansas State is bringing their squad here this year for a return game despite Huggins leaving last season.  I believe they will play two games closed to everyone except team personnel, one being at the Al McGuire Center and one at the Bradley Center.  Don't quote me on that though.

TT34 is correct.  Gotta read all the Rosiak posts, Sir Larry.

Even though Bob Huggins left Kansas State for West Virginia in the off-season, the Wildcats will still be fulfilling their end of the home-and-home scrimmage set that opened last year.

Kansas State will travel to Milwaukee for a pair of two-hour games on Oct. 27 - one at the Bradley Center in the morning and the other at the Al McGuire Center in the afternoon.

And while the Wildcats boast two of the top young talents in college basketball in big man Michael Beasley and wing Bill Walker, unfortunately this set of workouts - just like last year in Manhattan, Kan. - will be closed to all non-team personnel.

I'll have a recap of both sometime afterward, just like last year.

Also, MU will hold its annual Fish Fry the night before on Oct. 26, and cap it with a practice/scrimmage at the Al.

Can you/someone add that info to the Wiki.  I did not know about this until today.

This is a perfect time for YOU to add it to the wiki.

Maybe people don't get it.  The wiki is edited by YOU.  Yes, YOU.  You know something?  Click "edit" and type it in.

Wonder if they have any job openings.. I can polish shoes, wash towels, fetch gatorade, keep seats warm.. anything along those lines?

Sorry, I find the Wiki useful, but I never knew there was a login in the top right corner.   If you don't login you don't see edit.  I guess I knew that the Wiki was contributed to by all but it is not readily apparent (especially to someone not up to date with the internet as myself) how to do it if you just go there and browse around like I do.

1990Warrior .. I didn't mean to pick on you.  That's good feedback, we need to figure out how to get that message out to users.

We have 3-4 people who edit with some frequency .. imagine if we had 10 or 20 or 50 people.  All sharing their knowledge of MU Hoops.

There are so many people out there who know so much.  If we could just scrape up a few of them, get them to volunteer a few minutes!!!

Sunday mornings are for sleeping off hangovers, not reading Rosiak's posts.  Besides, that's the beauty of MUScoop--if I screw up, I'm certain at least one of you will bust my chops.
