Crap last year the tickets were available online pretty much up until game day.  I was banking on that again.

When did Notre Dame get basketball fans . . . . oh yeah their football team SUCKS!

well its official...my sister went over there and i guess tickets were sold out at 10:15 this morning.  They may sell more the week of the game they told her.  She is going to get me a student ticket, so i will be the one wearing the fanatic tshirt among the sea of green.  but ND fans are worried, they think we have bought all the tickets.  See the link from their message boards.

that'd be damn impressive since the BC holds in the area of 18,000.  If i remember correctly, the Joyce holds less than half of that. Fricken crappy ND football...

Yeah, I know. I'm an idiot. Although I wouldn't be surprised if the game in Milwaukee sells out.

The Notre Dame game will sell out at the BC .. it's close now.

I have a group of 44 people going to that game.  Needed 9 more, and they ended up in like row R upper end-zone.

agreed, I wound up w/ crappy addt'l seats (altho I forgot to buy them on the 13th) but lack of decent seats available portends an easy sell-out.

Today was the first day that ND was selling single-game tickets. I called the ND ticket office 3 times today, with 3 different numbers, starting at 8am and they were "sold out" ONLY for the MU--ND game. All other Joyce Center games have tons of tickets left.

I bought 12 tickets for the Joyce Center game last year 3 weeks before the game. Why on Earth would they be sold out within an hour of releasing tickets to the public?! Something's fishy.

I called back and when I pretended to be a ND fan, the ticket guy said check back later I'm sure we'll have some for sale.
What does that mean????

Well I guess it's possible that Marquette fans bought them all up if the other games are still available but I can't imagine them going within an hour.

Is it also possible Richmond, Indiana fans are driving up to see Dom for possibly the last time in college?  I mean the Richmond crowd traveled to Valpo last year in bulk.

I guess it's fine if they're all MU fans, but it's a shame that students and alums that would travel to ND can't buy any now.  I have a friend who is an RA in one of the dorms and was planning a trip there with coach buses, etc. 90-some freshman guys signed up and their money was collected and everything and now they can't go. I was going to buy out a row like I did last year, but no dice. Would've been fun....such is life.
