Former MU target Dawson breaks his hand, out 4-5 weeks for Sparty.   With Payne fighting plantar fasciitis, this weakens sparty and brings them back to the pack.   But they do still have Izzo on their side.   And they are will be a force in March, assuming everybody gets healthy.

So,........ Iowa?   Michigan?   Can Sparty hold on?

I wonder if Illinois will ever win the B1G before Marquette makes it back to the Final Four.

Good game last night.   Izzo squeezed as much as he could out of his team last night.   But no Payne, no Dawson, and an aching Appling, in combination with Michigan playing really well means that the Maize n Blue pulled off the upset.
