James included on elite list of guards

Dominic James was rated the No. 16 player in the country by Collegehoops.net. However, James' top-20 ranking is a bit misleading.
Ten guards are ranked ahead of James on the list. Six of those players are point guards. If James is currently considered the seventh-best point guard in next season's draft, it shouldn't be a surprise that the Marquette junior tested the NBA waters in the offseason.
James' backcourt mate Jerel McNeal is ranked No. 50.
