I know it's early, but candiate for worst post in 2014? As of now, it has my vote.

I don't know, it's pretty informative with very sound logic and reasoning. I wasn't aware that they are due for a win, and everybody knows that if a team is due for a win, they always get it. That's why no team ever finishes below .500.

Of course, Marquette is due for a road win, so this one is making my head spin.

Buzz is due for some dancing at mid-court at Hinkle Fieldhouse.  I wonder how Butler fans will react when he dances on their logo.

Or Buzz showing Blue III the door...

GooooMarquette

I'm pretty sure Butler was due for a win when DePaul came to Hinkle with Butler sitting at 0-2 in the BE.  No way DePaul wins that game, right?  Oh, wait....

And Butler was even more due for a win when Georgetown game to town when Butler was 0-3 in the BE.  No way Gergetown wins that game, right?  Oh, wait....

Or Blue III making Brent "Buzz" in a higher octave.

I'm expecting a close game and hoping for a Butler win, but in no way am expecting it because "we're due".  Game is sold out though, so hopefully we'll have something to cheer about.

I agree that it will be a close game, but Buzz has it now figured out. I am now ready to make my season turn around prediction. We are about half way through the season and have not looked good. We have had turmoil, injuries, defections and poor play. But I believe that Buzz has it now and the season will turn around. We will win a close one against Butler and that will be the stepping stone for the rest of the year. I previously said 18-13 for the record of regular season, but now feel confident we will go 10-4 for a 20-11 regular season record. That will likely not get us to the dance, unless we win 2 tourney games, which is doable.

So there it is: Buzz making a dynamic turnaround finishing 12-6 for 3rd place in BEast. As one of the posters says here: BOOK IT!!

Oh man, I'll never forget that jamoke in the background of Buzz's post-game interview with ESPN. His veins were bursting on the side of his face--just pure unmitigated rage. That dude definitely burned a couch or two that night (AKA West Virgnia therapy).

My favorite part of that whole sequence is that they were trying to act so tough but everybody knew they werent going to do anything. The person I remember the most is the guy being "held back" by his buddy as if he was actually gonna take a run at Buzz.

wardle2wade

Vegas hasn't announced the line yet, but I'm guessing they have Butler favored by 2 at Hinkle.

Here's why I hate these posts, the posters are just trying to set themselves up for a win win. Either we win and they are ecstatic because their team won, or we lose and they get to feel smug and tell everyone, I told you so.

These posts are useless and should never be made by a Warrior.
