Buzz at St. Rita in Chicago with Izzo tonight. I saw a pic on Instagram with them sitting side-by-side in the stands. Guessing they were there for Charles Matthews.

Which program has a chance to land Mathews? I don't believe MSU does pull too many out of the Chicago area, although I do not follow their recruiting very closely. It seems most of their guys come from Michigan/Ohio.

Seems like it may be contingent on us getting Stone as well.  I don't see us having much of a chance if that doesn't happen.  Right now Kentucky appears to be in the lead for Matthews.  Can you share the picture windyplayer?

They have Ellis on their team from Chicago...and Dawson is from Gary.

You are right, the majority of their recruiting comes from Michigan/Ohio/Indiana.

Schilling is from Chicago too but played at Findlay Prep.

I feel like I've heard Izzo sound off on the Chicago scene before, doesn't seem to be in love with the handlers, politics, etc.
