Good article in NY Times about former Baylor star Darryl Middleton and his tour through Europe playing hoops. Sounds as though he really embraced the opportunity and made the most of it. Played till he was 46!!

nice article.  there can be worse things than retiring at age 47 and pursuing your passion to be a chef by opening a restaurant in Alicante.
