Per Fox Sports, tore a ligament in his thumb during practice.  Nice to see we're not the only ones getting banged up in practice.

Schoolyard

This is horrible for ND and will probably derail their season.  Missing practice time at this time is terrible.  I know Lazar's missing time last year really hurt us (esp down the stretch and vs. MSU).  Just horrible, horrible.  Much like us with Trevor now, ND is really behind the 8 ball...just screwed.
My handle is Schoolyard but I do my best work at Finley Dunnes...Joe Kenny in '08

i sense some sarcasm...or at least should, while it will definitely hurt them, injuries always do, he's a returning player and if he was going to get injured, i would rather it be in january since we play ND twice between the beginning of January and the middle of February.

I'm sure we all can recall how huge of an as--  ...er.....jerk Harangody was at the game last year. Not that i wish injuries on anybody, but i don't think we should send him a "get well" card any time soon either.
