Tough slate for Big East coming up

- Creighton versus ASU tonight

- Butler after beating WSU takes on #5 Okie State Friday

- Nova after knocking off USC tries for the upset vs. #2 Kansas Friday

- St. John's plays Penn State Friday (okay, not as tough as other matchups but no cupcake)

Would be nice to have one team win a tourney, maybe two.

Foul trouble killed Xavier. Gave up a big second half lead (never trailed in regulation) and lost in OT. Missed three 3's to tie in the dying seconds.

I still say Iowa will finish 4th in the Big Ten...they are a solid club.

I could definitely see them overtaking 1 of Wisco, OSU or Michigan.

5th is the safer bet but I think 4th is better chance than 6th.

It is early but the Johnnies have to be the biggest disappointment thus far in Big East.  Too much talent to have the losses they do.

Crummy day for the BE aside from MU, and I suppose Prov at least won.  Butler pissed away their opportunities, X gets clobbered in a rematch they had won the first time, SJU loses to the B1G's doormat.  Let's see if Nova can get us a signature win and Creighton can complete the comeback.
