5-0 baby!

The Flyers looked good against Gonzaga.

The Flyers and Archie Miller are hot!

The win over Georgia Tech and Brian Gregory last week was emotional.

Playing #17 Baylor tonight(Tuesday night)in the 2nd round.

Congrats, Flyers!    For the first time since Dayton beat MU, I may actually have to take grief from my Flyer sister and brother-in-law.  Earn your spot.

Why the hell should I care about a Dayton result?

If you're in the market for a used Chevy Cavalier, you should.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

If/when the Big East expands, I think there is little doubt as to who #11 will be.  Saint Louis has a BIG game against #10 Wisconsin tonight BTW.

At #12, at least my understanding of the situation, you have Dayton, Richmond, Wichita State or VCU.

Dayton did a great job winning a big game last night.  With regards to a potential Big East-invite, I would say they are in-charge of their destiny.  Just continue winning.

Wichita St isn't an option. Come on.

Agreed. Unless Wichita all of the sudden has a huge population boom in the next few years.

Must be nice to be a Dayton fan and able to post on a MU board.....such pleasantries are not granted for fans of other schools on the Dayton board.

Wichita's about the same size as Dayton and not much smaller than Richmond, market-wise. Not saying they're on the radar, but as Wichita would open up a completely different market (unlike Dayton, VCU, or Richmond) and are comparable size-wise to the other three he mentioned, it's not a horrible mention.

Wichita State is not on that list, regardless of the year that they had.

Edit: Evidently, I was late to this party.

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

My apologies.  I thought I recall WSU being mentioned as a long-shot candidate, but a candidate nevertheless.  I can't find an article referencing, so my mistake.

They did, however, man-handle DePaul last night.  In the past 5 years, who hasn't?

It is nice to be able to post on this board, and I do seriously appreciate all the warm hospitality that has been extended to me by the members of this board.

And FWIW, I have complained more than once to the owner/creator of udpride.com about that board's new user registration policy.  I have heard that lately more new users are being allowed to register, so it is possible that you would be allowed on that board.

Why do any of us care? Aside from the Dayton troll, that is.
