But but but but but...

1.  the new conference is terrible for recruiting
2.  no good recruits will commit to MU after yesterday's bad loss
3.  MU & Buzz can't recruit bigs

C'MON!  THE SCOOP MEMES MUST NOT BE CHALLENGED!

I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind. Rick Pitino: "You can either complain or adapt."

I thought our rebounding margin was pretty solid.
Fearless and cheerful because it is so much fun.

Maybe Satchel did not cancel the visit. Buzz wanted to make sure he signed before this game.

The best thing I saw during this game was Steve Taylor Jr on the defensive boards.  The defense overall was very good, save for the early going in the second half, when we gave up some easy penetration.  We also had some poor floor balance on some of our offensive possessions that led to some runouts for tOSU.  But overall, the defense was very good.

Calvin:  Nobody thinks I'm a genius.

The defense was good 1-5. There were some breakdowns that led to easy runouts for tOSU early in the second half when we went from a 2-point lead to a 12-point deficit seemingly in the blink of an eye (at least by Big 10 pace of play standards), but that will happen against a top-10 team.

And you're absolutely right, Taylor was a monster on the glass. Mentioned it to the friend I was with, he seemed to be pulling down everything. That kid is going to be very, very fun to watch the next few years.

Yes, with the exception of that 3-4 minute stretch where tOSU got to the rim at will, the defense was solid.    Weak side help and rotations were there, a couple of block calls that were 50-50.    The shooting was so bad it didn't matter, though.
Fearless and cheerful because it is so much fun.
