I'm hoping for a Chris Otule-esque career (minus the injuries).

Wow, what low expectations.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Congrats to Buzz and staff. They obviously worked very hard on this one.
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind. Rick Pitino: "You can either complain or adapt."

How many guys is that who commit without visiting. That's unheard of, correct? Don't follow other programs.

Buzz is  an amazing recruiter.

Not many, but they tend to turn out well.  Jimmy Butler, Jae Crowder...

Buzz, fabulous get. What an outstanding class. Hopefully, Mr. Harris comes and completes an unbelievable class

Way to man up Willie....now let's hope Satchel develops into a great big at MU.

The minutes are there for him.  Satchel, Steve, Burton/Anderson, Mayo/JJJ, and Derrick/Duane/John.  And that's before you even consider the rest of another outstanding Frosh class.

Buzz, you're going to spoil us.

I did. Came all the way from Connecticut, too. Sight unseen. Had never been west of Lancaster, Pa.

Of course, I wasn't quite as coveted a recruit.

But seriously, folks ...

Very nice signing. Buzz easily is the second-best coach in Marquette history ... and closing fast!

Big.    Good hands.   Building blocks.
Perhaps a little more explosiveness once he works with Todd and boom! he may be a good one.

tower912

Agree on the explosiveness.   Time with Todd will probably help his quickness, too.   But 7' and strong is a great place to start.

Welcome Satchel! I know you're going to be great here!

WE GOT A BIG!!!!!  WOW!!!!!  GOOD LUCK "SATCH"!

Wade for President

What was the name of that one tall guy who transferred to ISU, because he was too afraid to compete/work hard?!?

At least we're getting a center with a Satch.

LloydMooresLegs

I think the best news news to go with his height and decent skills is that he has a strong frame - not one of those 7 foot 200 pound bean-poles.  His frame will give Todd a head start.

Already, forgot his name.  Glad he's gone. And, never to be heard from again.

OTOH, Satchel is a hard worker, true big, great attitude.  In other words, an OKG!!!!!!!!!!

Pumped for tomorrow!

I know it's the wrong class but can you throw him in your signature instead of Dylan Flood?  Technically he's also the wrong class...

I'll make a new one with the 2014 guys instead :)

Sweet...a shorter, poor man's Deshonte Riley!  Look out UK!!!!!!

The schools he mentioned weren't even close. How does this guy have a job? What a lazy turd. Ten minutes on Twitter and he would have had more accurate info.

It was news to me that it is now Seton Halls.  I guess that they now feature more than one hall is what helped them put together that solid recruiting class.
