Love the exposure, love the legitimacy of Rafferty, but it feels like a Tea Party Convention.   I get it but so overhyped it feels faked.  The first time Providence had this much airtime since Pitino.   Too forced.  I love this conference but let's be a little more CNN

This is a dumb topic.  

It's supposed to be a fun event showcasing the teams.  To see where Marquette has come from barely having big games televised in the C-USA days to getting College Gameday to campus--and now having a 2-hour event dedicated to interviews, analysis, and a little fun?  Come on.  This board used to erupt seeing that Bilas and Raftery were calling the game. Now we have a preseason SHOW and you complain about little details.

Rafferty just said that DePaul "Has a chance" and "Maybe it's their year".  He would never have said that last year.    Bothersome.   Let's stop with the BS.

Very difficult to watch. Very amateur feel. The interviews conducted by the guys in the studio, especially Raftery, are painful. And can people please stop trying to claim the BE "very well could be the best basketball conference in the country." Please.

I liked the MU segment, of course ... though it did remind me about how concerned I am about PG!

Couldn't agree more.  If some anonymous Scoopers (that post multiple times a day) don't have something nice to say, they can't wait to post it on this site.  I like the hype, can't get enough of Raferty, and I liked the content in tonight's Tip Party. For those who like to crap on all that is good, get a life you f'n critical douche internet nerds... maybe spend more time doing some critical thinking about your nonexistent/ugly/fat wives/girlfriends/right hands.

Next year FS1 should do live interviews of MUBB fans during Midnight Madness to ensure their coverage is up to par and avoid this disaster.  Suggestions to keep MUScoop happy:

- Include a "Bigs-Willie Style" section where he can talk about our need for bigs.

- Furthermore: a Chico's Corner with co-host, Hoopaloop. 

- Free throw practice

- Walking boot cam

- Mac and Homer doing some sideline work (actually, I wouldn't mind the interaction with people that actually cover the team and the in-studio guys..hell, give the PT guys a shot if the others won't do it)

- At least a 20 minute in-studio debate about college basketball being a bigs or guards game.

- Keefe providing analysis of the aerodynamics of Deonte
