Ticket swap

My wife bought a five-pack, but realized we cannot go to one of the games.  The Ticket office said we can't do a swap through them.  What is our next best option?

I've done that in the past since they go on sale before the schedule comes out you never know the dates. They have let me swap the 5 pack for the other 5 pack plan available (back when there were just 2 5 pack options).

The Nova game.

Since it was one of the original 3 in the five pack (not one of the choice games) we can't swap it.  We got tickets with a group of friends so we don't want to swap to the other 5 pack.
