I think this is a fun conversation starter in light of the dearth of news. If you had to create an NBA roster using only players from current Big East teams, what would your team look like. Here's ours:

Not bad. I think it's neat that every single team in the conference has at least 1 NBA player currently active. We really do need to get a good PG into the league. Sheesh.

How does Wes not make the team? That is my thing I have a problem with.

We have 26% of the BE NBA players gotta get the other guys sending players to the nba.
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Some of this is a little premature right? I mean rosters have not been announced. Plenty of guys have contracts will not make the roster and be sent to the D League. Hollis Thompson signed a 2 year deal with the Thunder last year but did not make the roster and was sent to the D League. I assume the same will happen to guys like Buyks, Lockett, McNeal.

You're right.  When Big Sheesh suits up in the Association next year at point we'll finally have that missing piece.  You've seen him in the open court on the break...

McNeal and Lockett, maybe. Buycks I think will at worst be 6th or 7th man in Toronto. He's not the same guy that left Marquette. He's a legit NBA caliber player.

Marquette vs. Georgetown: It's almost a Quantity vs. Quality debate.

MU gets the nod though.
