That is weird since he's from Georgia.  Visiting old friends?
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

He's definitely still with FGCU. I would say he's either visiting friends or this is a case of mistaken identity

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Clam Crowder

Pretty sure he's got a girlfriend at MU and is still friends with guys on the team. Just check the twitter

Maybe he just needed some milk.

Jones made his debut for FGCU in a road loss at Nebraska yesterday. He led the Eagles with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Hope his success continues, and he's able to help Dunk City get some wins this year to go along with his solid stat lines.

I'll beat Keefe to it; "Who's Jamil Jones"?

Always thought the Jamailman had a high ceiling. Good to see it finally come to fruition, too bad it wasn't at MU.

I met someone from the FGCU athletic department a few months ago who said that Jones was going to be one of their three best players.

I think he found his correct level of competition.

Mellow and FGCU playing on ESPN right now.

Tums Festival

Jamail had 8 points, 8 boards (leading rebounder) and 1 assist against Hartford this morning in FGCU's 65-51 win. Chase Fieler led FGCU with 30 points.

I actually watched some of Jamil's "Vimeos" until I asked myself, "what the hell am I doing?" Better to avoid work on Scoop than on Jamil Jones' "Vimeography."

I was home on Tuesday and watched that game.  He was very passive in that game, but I guess the way Fieler was playing they were keeping the ball in the right hands.
