**6-7 F Dominique Rutledge of Edison Jobs Corps went to Marquette last Thursday, and we're still working on reaching him.  "I know it went good," said Bobbitt, who knows Rutledge through AAU. "He also took an unofficial to Pitt and St. Joe's. He still has to visit Auburn."

**Speaking of Taylor, he's slated to visit Georgia Tech (Oct. 12), Marquette (Oct. 26) and then Kansas (Nov. 1)

**Mookie Jones of Peekskill has now visited Marquette and DePaul, with Syracuse on tap this weekend. His high school coach, Lou Panzanaro, said he still hasn't spoken to Mookie since he returned from DePaul because of a cell phone issue. Peekskill is scheduled to compete in the IS8 playoffs Thursday night, but Panzanaro said Mookie may have to miss that game to travel to Syracuse. He's slated to visit Rutgers next week and St. John's the week after.

I've wondered about that myself.  I wonder how someone at Job Corps would even have the NCAA core requirements, let alone the MU requirements.  It's a program focused on getting people into the workforce and training them for things like construction, culinary arts, auto work etc.  Not something that normally transitions into college.
