Vander's shooting percentage at 29%. That's not going to get it done. He needs to drive to the basket for more layups or fouls.

Admittedly, I don't know much about summer league, but I would think 29% is about average. Obviously needs improvement but shooting in summer league is atrocious.

I don't know much about Summer League, either, but 29% is by far the worst of any ex-Warrior, which would make it far worse than average.

He also has 1 assist and 1 steal in 3 games. Not averages, totals!

If you are going to make an impression as an undrafted free agent you have to stand out.....unfortunately Vander has not so far and he is running out of time.

Wow. 5-8 from 3? If he can show he can even do 3-8 from 3, he has a chance. Not sure how he'll get to show that, though.

I don't think he'll make an NBA team, but it'll help him audition for Euro and international teams.
The further he goes with a team in training camp, the better it may be for him to secure a more lucrative contract.

Vander has shot the ball much better the past two games. His shooting percentage is now 40% and he's shooting 37.5% from 3.

They see him as a 2-3. And he brings a different culture/attitude to that team. Everyone outside of Jimmer on that list needs the ball in their hands to be really effective. But you are also forgetting IT as well.

If Trent ends up making the Kings does his bio on websites, the back of playing cards, etc. say he went to Marquette or ASU? Who do you think he will associate himself with more, once again his is IF he makes the team.
