Works out ok with DG getting to finish the play. We don't lose a possession- they just get the free throws and he missed one.

We are getting the shaft!

No we aren't...it's the rule.  Fix the rule, but the refs have to call the rules as they are laid out.  It's a crappy rule, but that isn't the refs fault...they have to call it.

That's one rule that needs to be revised.   >:(
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

Dumb rule but Trent needs to not be always flailing about.
Relax. Respect the Process.

Junior has had just two terrible shots tonight.  Yanked again for D. Wilson.

D. Wilson wide open, does not take shot, passes and offensive foul.

Junior plays a minute, sits, play a minute, sit.....WTF????

You don't have to enforce the rule if it is that ridiculous.

Games like this where our guards drive out of control into the tall timber often don't turn out well.

Gotta change the rule to allow incidental elbow contact if the defender is in the offensive player's "space". Sure, it's subjective as hell, but way better than what we have now.

Yeah, i dont get this junior/wilson pattern so soon.

Wilson wide open and just worthless offensively.

The other reason it's a crappy rule: the officials have such trouble understanding, reviewing, and enforcing it that every flagrant review comes with a 10 minute delay in the game.

Fix it!

This isn't the gov't where they get to decide which laws they will enforce or not.

It's the rule, they called it.  The rule sucks, but they did what they were supposed to do.

Now MU needs to wake up guard the damn 3.

Oh I know I'm not complaning about the call. Just that it forces the refs to make the call even if they know it was not intentional.

or you can call the first foul and keep the defender from putting 2 hands on the offense.  Then you do not get the elbows swinging to clear space.

Absolutely.  That is a rule that has to be changed in college.  The hand check BS that college players get away with is terrible.  Change it to the NBA rule where you get called.

Over the last 10 years, are we the worst inbounding the ball team in history?  It's amazing how many times we can't execute a fundamental inbounds pass.   :-[
