Obviously we haven't seen the uniforms yet, but my new copy of Eastbay just came and the new "team wade" shoes are in there.

I assume the team will be wearing these this season (or for most of it).

This is totally unsubstantiated, but I heard that powder blue could be a possibility this year.  At least it was being considered.

I've heard the same from a couple of people who usually know these things.

I'd imagine these, and the actual Wade models would be available. Different shoes for different feet, our team always wore 2-3 different Nike styles.

Marquette will have 4 sets of uniforms this year.  I was not told what the colors will be but I have to assuem we will have the white, Dark blue, and gold uniforms that we have had for the past.  Mu guess is the 4th will be the light blue "special" home game type uniform.  My guess is they will debut 1/12.

There will be 4 colors that will be phased in throughout the year.  One will be shown in Maui, one for the season opener, one for the big east opener and then a surprise date or something like that....at least that's what I've been told.

I hope if they do an "old school" thing that it doesn't look like Depauls. I don't like those at all.

You may think I'm disagreeing simply to disagree -- I'm not -- but I actually like DePaul's uniforms. There are too many teams with essentially the same look, thanks to Nike. DePaul went a different route and I like it. It's just too bad they couldn't go back to the untucked look, which was popularized by the Marquette WARRIORS.

HAHAHA... no problem. It's just uniforms. It's all just preference.

I just didn't like the trim on the DePaul uniforms. I realize that it was kinda of cool "back in the day"... but I just don't care for it.

I really like the unis MU had when allie mcguire was there, the ones with the numbers inside the circle. Those look pretty cool.
