It is hard to imagine how Buzz watched the night before and saw Connaughton do the same thing the night before, so are the players that stupid as I have to believe that in the
scouting report it had to say, stop Connaughton and you win the game?  How about the out of bound play that left him wide open?  Serious defensive flaws last night.  Secondly, you
can not win with Lockett and Derrick Wilson in the game.  Lockett only looks to drive so he can lose the ball, when does he learn, he has been doing it all year.  Time to take a jump
shot?

Not sure if this was posted already, but saw this quote in a Trib article this morning:

"I really don't like Marquette. I just don't," Cooley said. "I really don't like them. I wanted to make sure that we won this game. I wanted to seal it. And what really upset me was there was a play where I should have got (a rebound), but (Chris) Otule sat on my head. And that just pissed me off. I had to play angry and that just helped me play a lot better."

Feeling's mutual. Whiny bitch.

Knight, Connaughton, Sherman and Grant were why ND won - Cooley wasn't the factor.

Cooley was invisible last night. ND won in spite of that whiny douchebag.

Three of his offensive rebounds turned into 7 ND points (2 put backs and an assist on a Conaughton 3).

God help us if he had played that way all night.  We would have lost by 20.
