Mentioned earlier, the five person-sub is unusual.  It seemed to throw off Rutgers toward the end when Buzz unleashed it after a free throw. Rutgers tried to match up on the fly but had trouble. I think CO, SJr. and JW all entered at this time  providing a long, tall wall inside. We will see more of this.

As bad as MU was playing, I never felt that they were going to lose.   I was expecting a run to win the game.    Yup, it is to the point that I expect MU to come back from double digit deficits on the road.

I am glad you were confident. Must admit I was probably 50-50 until last minute.

I didn't think we played that bad in the 2nd half. I think a real positive and a great sign heading to post season, is we have a number of players now shooting the ball with confidence...Vander, Wilson, Juan, Taylor, Mayo, etc. not saying any of these guys are Steve Novak, but when you have multiple guys believing they can hit an open shot it helps an awful lot. Really positive sign, IMO.

MU scored 39 in the second half and overcame a 12 pt deficit (35-23).    There were still some silly, ugly turnovers, but yeah, MU played well in the second half.

No ones really talking about the defensive sequence of events that dwilson had. Not anything unexpected from him but good to see it on the road.  Though he lit a fire under Junior a little after dwilson was in for a couple min straight.
