i would be thrilled if mu won the BEAST this year...don't care how many other teams tie them for it.  that's worthy of a banner IMHO.  still plenty of work for mu to do on the road.

+1...why the hell would you want to light a fire under mu's ass when they're already playing great ball, and have a chance to win the BEAST in the last year that it will mean anything. 

if they win the BEAST, and take an early exit in the NCAA tourney, i know i'll look back on this year as a solid one.  it's only fitting for mu to win the BEAST in the last year of the conference as we know it, and then again in the first year of it's restructuring (C7).
