Marquette Fan in WI

Was in attendance tonight.  Saw him and some friends as I was leaving.  Nice game for him to attend.

Hopefully he thought "if Buzz can get 2-star DG to play like that, what can he do with a 5-star player?"

macman320

As a friend pointed out, nice for Stone to see us using two centers at once.

In addition to Stone..

Mark Miller ‏@WisBBYearbook
Neenah sophomore Matt Heldt among potential recruits at the Marquette vs. Syracuse game tonight at the BMO Harris Center.

He attends quite a few

He was there with Duane...who he is good friends with...and Duane talks to him about MU...a lot.....
But I like to throw handfuls...

Wouldn't mind heldt if we lucked into stone. Could be a real solid center after stone leaves.

Sunbelt15

Don't know him. Is he more athletic than Otule?

Yes.  My sons got a pic with them after the LSU game.

When is is official to UNC?

Hards Alumni

Who cares.  The last guy who left Wisconsin to play at UNC is averaging 3 points per game on an unranked team.

augoman

Stone's there a lot..., usually sits w Duane and others.  Several high school coaches there too.  West Division coach wears Marquette colors every game.

77 is correct.  The grass isn't always greener out of state.  I believe Stone would be very successful at Marquette because of the strong local and state fan support.   Marquette is a proven winning program.  He would fit right in.

Is this based on something or just blind speculation? We don't really have room for him, but it would be interesting nonetheless. Bucky fans would be intrigued for sure.

After the way they turned on him?  Provided he didn't pay attention to the Badger fans bashing him after his decision and saying he was cowardly for how he informed Bo, they would look like hypocrites welcoming him home with open arms

No, Joe Wolf's teams were ranked.
