What if you play through one media time out to the next, e.g., media break at 9:00, next dead ball at 3:50? Are there media time-outs at the next two dead balls or is one skipped? I was watching another game when it almost happened.

Also if the rule is there are two media time-outs in a row and there is a shooting foul, would the timeouts occur before the first shot and then before the second shot?

In the situation you mention, they would do two in a row at successive stoppages. Not sure about the case of a two shot foul.

Two in a row. Last week uconn and Louisville went straight through the under 16 all the way to the under 12 and had two straight timeouts.
