Absolutely loved Cadougan sticking up for himself and Davante. It was easy to see how much Buzz means to those guys. And now listening to Autry's interview with LaPhonso Ellis. Marquette basketball is maddening to watch sometimes but I love the coaches and players we have.

Can see why Autry was the pick to coach tonight.  Based on the post-game interview, he has spent a lot of time around Buzz.  :)

Autry is basically Buzz Lite with hair and functioning vocal cords, as I watch him in the post-game interview.

No sh*t right?? I think he channeled Buzz during that interview. Uncanny

God is it funny reading this crapfest after the game.  Any of you geniuses still wondering why Lockett was on the floor at the end?  What a hilarious group of basketball savants we have here ::)

You're right.  Those last ft's were awesome. Predict he is stog against Gtown.

I was thinking that too. It sort of makes me really happy that it's sort of the "company line" and culture for Marquette about "buying in."
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Do teams ever do the "box and one" anymore?

I remember Al doing it against Gail Goodrich.

Look at this post game armchair pg walking in with a mean strut.   Solid in game analysis.

Lockett looked good at the ft line.

Woulda been nice to have Steve Taylor play some more in the 2nd half helped get us out to some good leads.

Look at all the dopes criticizing every single bad play throughout the course of the game, only to disappear when things go well.  Oh, and what in-game "analysis"?  there is practically zero of that...just old dudes talking smack.

It's commentary, some good, bad, and ugly commentary in the heat of the moment.   Not sure what you're expecting game threads to look like.

But coming in after the game is over and acting like you have all the answers and everyone else is on the short bus is silly.

you are right.  All the negativity is overwhelming sometimes.

Yeah, they can suck, I try to take game threads with a huge grain of salt.
