Anyone worried that some of our 4 stars will deccomit after this loss?

No. I will be worried about them asking for their release if Buzz leaves, not because of this game.

Warrior of Law

Looked like most of the program left before shaking hands.  Pathetic.

Be interesting to see the last play.  I'd penetrate.

We'll be dancing. Mark it down now.
We'll have to win some games on the road.  I have seen nothing to indicate that this is possible.

No, and by the way, we have 5 stars committed.  All bets are off if they read your posts though.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

They had trouble with that "penetration" thing all night.

we really suck at ties. Basketball tradionals take athleticism. We definitely need shooters. MU is more flash
than cash. In Warrior days  we looked like a BB team. We must have been really flat. See Mayo is back. Big Deal.

Heard from family member at game that Buzz walked off court with out shaking hands.

Is this true?  If so, any insight? Doesn't sound like buzz.

Doesn't sound like buzz but I would rather get out of there as well. What was that last possession? 28 second. Take it down to 12. Use 2 timeouts during that span. Then have a Walkon shoot a three as time expires down one. They made it pretty easy for Green Bay there.

16 points in the second half. Yikes.   No one person is to blame here... everybody is.  The most glaring play of the game is obviously the last one in games like this and again you wonder... what is Thomas giving us.

On 6 for 22 shooting.  Ouch.

Buzz shook Brian's hand.  I have it on the TIVO if you need it.

Funny thing is I wonder if GB gets a MU deal going forward?  These are 3-1 MU must take all games.

No matter what their coach is Brian Wardle, no reason to stiff him.

That's retarded.  They probably can plainly see that there's ample playing time for anyone who can score points and keep an above average Horizon league guard in front of them.

Got to get home before the storm hits.

I didn't watch the game but I have two question:

1. Did UWGB Stay in a 2-3 all game?
2. Was Vander's game as ugly as his box score suggests?

as for #2, everybody's game was as ugly as the score suggests.

ronald dragon

That was ugly no doubt about that. But seriously we haven't evens started conference play and everyone is giving up the season. Everyone here has seen how athletic we can be and when we play to our full potential we can compete with nearly everyone. While tonight was really bad I wouldn't cash it in yet, the players and buzz just have to find a way to consistently play better together.

They played a lot of 1-3-1.

@MUHoops1 are your eyes bleeding yet? Guessing the rest of us are thankful we are not watching on TV...

I walked away when JT's shot clanged off the backside of rim.  Very discouraging!

Buzz almost speechless post-game at first with Homer. Coming around a bit. Mac must have given him some smelling salts.

1) Basically all game..some 1-2-2 as well

2) I'd say worse - he converted a dunk off of a Derrick Wilson steal for 1 of his 2 FG's.  He looked like the bad Vander we'd seen virtually all of year 1 and 2.

Problem for this MU team is you have Good Vander and Junior, and Bad Vander and Junior - and when both go Bad version in the same game...MU is completely F'd..
