Not really - childhoob obesity is on the rise at an alarming rate.
But I like to throw handfuls...

ok, the heart disease and smoking related deaths are, in many ways, easy to get rid of...stop eating like a lard a$$ and go work out, and put out the dang cigarettes!! but that's darwinism for you.  I'm sure even though they have obesity listed, there are a lot of heart disease deaths that are related to being overweight and poor diet that aren't linked to obesity.
