and his ability to properly exhibit depth but also trim the bench to the 7 best guys when the games call for it. As a guy who also watches some gopher hoops I notice the night and day difference between Buzz and well respected Tubby Smith whom about threw a game against Memphis today.

Watching other games makes you appreciate how Buzz effectively manages guys minutes and gets them experience for the when their time/season comes.

With the changing face of college sports Buzz is the best asset Marquette has.  Players will come to Marquette not because of the school and not because of the conference.  They are signing their LOI to learn and player for Buzz Williams.
