TSP Bracket: Dwyane Wade vs. Maurice Acker

Written by: Mark Strotman

This is the first match-up of a 16-person bracket looking at the best individual season performances of the last decade. The complete bracket is at the bottom of each match-up. Vote early and share it. The more votes, the better. ... Continue reading →

Wow, Rob Frozena is a smart guy.  Maybe this match up should go to Mo.

Then there was that preseason tournament in Hoffman Estates where a guy from Dayton, Wright (?), leapfrogged Mo on the way to a dunk.  Mo had the position, he just didn't have the height and this Dayton guy had serious hops.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

"After Reggie Smith transferred, Acker was the only pure point guard on the roster. "

No.  Reggie Smith's short stay was the year after Acker graduated.   It should read, "After Junior Cadougan was injured early in the year, Acker was the only pure point guard on the roster."

PaintTouches generally does a nice job, but the Scoop Schollie table exists for a reason.
When we stop talking, really bad stuff happens.

Wow, definite overlook on my part. Thanks.

Anybody who votes for Acker should be stripped of their MU fandom, even if their vote was a joke.

Acker is better at basketball than DWade.  If you disagree then you're a UW Madison fan.
