Time will tell but im keeping my mouth shut from now on thanks to those certain individuals who have a dire need for names of sources. Just because I don't want to name sources to doesnt mean I dont have them. Yes I am a student but my father does happen to know a few certain individuals very, and I mean very close to the situation. Don't believe a word I say. I really dont care. AT ALL. I'm just offering what I have heard to those who are interested. Also I have contact with some of his friends in Minnesota through my best friend who lives there. From what I have been told by them and others all signs point to MU. I really don't care what you guys think I'm just spreading the word to those who care. Also don't be surprised if someone transfers. Its still a definite possibility.

What does that mean?  

How is a "definite possibility" different than a "possibility," or, for that matter, an "indefinite possibility," or, maybe even an "indefinite impossibility?"  Is it somehow more or less possible?

Now, I understand how a "definite impossibility" would be different, but even then why would one add "definite?"

Haha.  Many, many people have saying we are the leaders, and I would bet that at least 90% of this board thinks that Lockett will eventually transfer to Marquette.  You brought absolutely no new information to this board.  What you did bring was a false rumor that it was done, locked, sealed.  You said it was.  You have "sources" (or your dad does...).  Why hasn't this come out yet then, if it has been a done deal for at least 24 hours now?  Seems like you are the only one who is wrong so far...

Reminds me of a funny story involving a Ford Escort. We flew a 4-ship of F-16s into Pt Mugu Naval Air Station. There was a wedding in Malibu that one of the guys was attending; the rest of us brought our sticks for a great weekend of golf, single malt, and combat cubans in SoCal.

We arranged for a rental car and they gave us a Ford Escort. After a long day of flying we addressed the 3 S's and changed in civvies before heading into Malibu for some beers and dinner. We pulled up in front of one of those fern bars that was opened up completely for the afternoon sea breeze. We got our suds and were listening to some creepy Hollywood type brag on to the crowd of extremely attractive women about his job then his Ferrari. Big white dude fro, scratchy beard, thick New Yawk accent, middle eastern swarthy. One of us guffawed openly and the "Director" challenged my buddy with, "Oh, so the guys who drive the Ford Escort think that's (how fast his Ferrari goes) funny? How fast did you go today?"

My bud looked down into his beer then looked Mr Hollywood in the eye and said, "About 2,000 miles an hour."

The Director laughed and called BS but my buddy simply said, "I am an F 16 Pilot." Within minutes The Director lost his crowd of babes who were now swarming around the dashing, studly aviator types.
