National Marquette Day

National Marquette Day, Saturday, March 3, 2007
6:00 p.m.- Marquette vs. Pittsburgh

This year, Marquette's National Marquette Day has been selected by ESPN as "College Game Day." This is a great opportunity for Marquette to show the nation our school pride and spotlight the university.  And if you need even more reasons to celebrate Marquette, the March 3rd game is also the final game for the graduating seniors and wraps up the season's celebration of 90 years of men's basketball at Marquette!

i don't think that game will wrap up our season's celebration of 90 years of marquette basketball.  i think us cutting down the nets in the Georgia Dome will wrap up our celebration.  that sounds better to me.

The Senior Day last year was very special... a very nice video, speeches, and talk by Coach Crean.  It's a nice way to send off the seniors!

Thank God Lott and Kinsella transferred in because our entire 2002 recruiting class transferred.
