I was in NYC for work yesterday, and went to 3 sporting goods stores looking for a NYK Novak tee shirt. I am huge Pistons fan, but I love Marquette more...so i thought it would be cool. Anywho....none of the stores carried the shirt, but every employee (about 6) I spoke with said that they should carry them, as he is the best player on the team.

While not true, I thought it was awesome that he is getting the love.

Steve Novak seems to be loved by the fans everywhere he goes.  My brother in law is from houston, and he mentioned how fans constantly rumbled about why novak never got more playing time.

I saw a friend of mine post a pic of himself on Facebook last night in a Novak Tee. He was at MSG for the game so maybe you can get them at the gift shop inside MSG?

We checked the store inside MSG during the BEast tourney and they had no Novak gear. (But the salesclerk knew that his original college number was 20!)
