We need shooters.  Great shooters will help us win.  We couldn't buy a basket last night.  It would have been a game changer if we had an eligible Jake Thomas to come in and make a few threes.

Vander better learn how to finish. Those missed lay ups all season were frustrating. His banks off the glass seem hard. With so much natural talent I'm really puzzled why he struggles to get the ball in the basket.

I predict Cadougan, Mayo, Blue, Wilson, Gardner.  

Junior Cadougan has to become Senior Cadougan for us to be most successful.  Mayo, Blue, Gardner - here's the challenge if they want to be a star and have a shot at the NBA: ask Wes and Jimmy what they did, dedicate themselves 100% to school and basketball, and there's no reason they can't get there.  I think Jamil's already got the maturity and the work ethic down - if he can get that Jae Crowder motor to be the guy to want to make plays constantly for 40 minutes he will be great.

There is nothing in the world that could make Gardner into an NBA player. He is a crafty college big man now, but he'd get eaten alive in the NBA. Too slow and unathletic.
