1250 Bashing MU/DJO and JUCOs

I have removed them from my car's AM radio presets. WRJN from Racine just made the top 6 AM cut list, congrats!

The best was them claiming that Crean never brought in JUCOs.  Wickett started talking about how Crean even sat Wade out a year until Chuck quickly corrected him that it was the NCAA who decided Wade would sit.  Even after Chuck tried to cover for Wickett, Wickett tried to act like he still had a point with Crean and Wade.  Then a caller calls in and says that Marcus Jackson and Trend Blackledge were JUCO (caller didn't mention Jamil Lott, but whatever).  Chuck says "WHO?!?  Marcus Jackson??? Never heard of him."  Caller: "Marcus Jackson from Peoria."  Chuck: "How did that one go for Marquette?"  Caller says, "Well, he graduated from Marquette and did well."  Chuck: "I don't remember a Marcus Jackson at all."  Then after the break, Chuck said, "Marcus Jackson averaged TWO POINTS from Marquette... yeah, some great player, completely irrelevant." 

Someone needs to tell Chuck to get a clue.  How can you not remember probably the best post defender we've had in the last 15 years?!?

For some reason, I keep going back to WSSP to hear this crap.  I'm finally and totally done.  They are a joke.

This morning, they did mention that if IU gets knocked out of the NCAA tonight, they expect Tom Crean to throw his hat into the ring for the New Orleans Saints coaching job.

This all falls under "if a tree falls".  More people listened to "Regional Mexican" than WSSP in each of the past four months.
