In the spirit of looking ahead, and responding to people here discussing whether we'd rather face Louisville or MSU, I've found myself wondering what Louisville fans might be saying.

Does anyone follow their boards enough to read whether they would rather face us or Florida, should they beat MSU?

I suppose they might want to face us, given their complete dominance over us in the BEast tourney. On the other hand, they might like face Florida, thinking that their guards can stop FL's and Louisville's insider presence is stronger than Florida's. Of course, they must also like the idea of Pitino facing Donovan again.

Insights or ideas?

It seems like it would be tough to plan for anything beyond Michigan State.

Fair enough, if you're the coach or players (though I would imagine that someone on staff must be tasked with compiling scouting info on potential opponents in the next round).

Anyway, that's why I specifically asked about boards...who might the fans prefer to play? We're voicing opinions on our board, so I wonder if Louisville fans are doing the same.

My guess is that Louisville fans do not care. They simply believe they are better than Florida or MU. From their perspective MSU game is for the final four.

Um, I'm pretty sure that's not what they think. No matter how good (you think) your team is, you never take anything for granted in the tourney especially in the Sweet 16 and beyond. Also, it's one thing to think you're better than teams, it's another to look past them and expect a W.
