It is almost impossible to predict how our team of extremes will play today against BYU.

I will only say this: This year's team is a terrific group of guys who are as much fun to watch as any team in the land.

I am proud of Marquette University and of this team.

No reason we should lose this game if we play like we're capable of playing.  However, we need that team to show up today.  Catholics vs. Mormons showdown....

I think after BUu's exhilarating but draining win Thursday, coupled with the sheer athleticism of our team, and the motivation of dozens of people picking them as an upset special, we're going to see the team we saw play Ole Miss in the P-Jam. I don't expect a 30-point margin, but I think this will be a really good performance (which will undoubtedly overinflate our expectations).

We aren't really a "team of extremes."  We generally play well against teams that have long, athletic bigs.  (All losses except the Louisville one follow that pattern.)  BYU is big, but I don't think they can match our athleticism.  We should win this...and on Saturday.
