The latest SI cover has both DJO and the Golden Eagle (Titan out of retirement?) on it.  Should have had Buzz 2-stepping....

While not 2-stepping, buzz is certainly on the cover.

No offense to Tall Titan, but I wonder why our unoriginal and not particularly notable mascot seems to make the cover somewhat regularly. Would prefer to pretend that thing didn't exist.

I am offended!

As for the jersey, when I was there I asked if the eagle could just wear a 4XL basketball jersey as the current jersey is somewhat flimsy (it breathes well though!).

I was told because the eagle appears at volleyball games, soccer games, and now lacrosse games, it wouldn't make sense for it to wear a basketball jersey there.  Thus the generic jersey.

but the SI curse only counts against the biggest picture on the cover, right?  Not on all the teams pictured?
