I forgot who said this, but it makes sense.  Perhaps the reason why we don't see him in the second round in mock drafts is because he stated that he will only stay in the draft if he is in the 1st round.

I have not seen mocks where Dom has been in the first round but I have seen Mejia rank Dom as the fifth best point guard and Chad Forde has Dom in his top 45 overall.

He is listed in the ESPN Draft Machine, which only has 45 prospects in it.
